Dear Parents,

We are excited to streamline our fundraiser by going online with 99Pledges. You will be able to reach out to friends and family by email, Facebook, and Twitter, instead of going door-to-door, tracking commitments, and handling checks.

You will receive an email with a link to your child’s online pledge page. You do not need to log in or change anything. All you have to do is make a donation for whatever amount you can, and share your participant's link with friends and family. We are shooting for 100% participation so no amount is too small.

Please help us make the park a better place to play ball. The bat-a-thon is a fundraiser that SCLL relies on and also one that the players look forward to! The money raised from the bat-a-thon will go to purchase items for the kids and the park. With the previous bat-a-thons we have purchased catchers equipment, pitching mounds, batting cages, picnic table and umbrellas, and much more. 

How it works

Each child raising $30.00 is eligible to participate.

Teams will be given a time slot in which they participate. Tee-ball players will get 5 pitches from the coach and then 2 off the  tee. All other age groups will get 7 pitches from the coach. The ball that travels the farthest distance will be recorded.

A trophy will be awarded to the winner of each division. 

Prizes

Each player raising: 

$30.00 - Shaved Ice

$50.00– Shaved Ice and schwag!

The top raising tee-ball, softball, and baseball player will get a new bat bag, eye black, grip tape, and a bat weight.

Everyone who raises at least $100 is entered into the raffle to win  a D-Bat's $200 Gift Card.
